About BioInspect
BioInspect is a curated catalog for understanding how AI systems are evaluated across biology, bioinformatics, medicine, and adjacent scientific workflows. It brings benchmark scope, biological domain, task structure, reproducibility, and published model results into one consistent interface. BioInspect is developed by Ed2uiz.
Important limitations
Scores from different benchmarks are not necessarily comparable. Model names may refer to different versions or configurations, and results can depend heavily on prompts, tools, scaffolding, grading methods, and evaluation harnesses. For this reason, BioInspect shows source-reported results without reducing them to a single cross-benchmark intelligence score.
Data sources
Base evaluation metadata may be enriched from the Sophon catalog. Biological taxonomy, reproducibility annotations, editorial notes, and result provenance are maintained by BioInspect. Every displayed result should link back to its original evidence.
